English Language requirement for admission in UCSI University : All international students who are going to apply for UCSI are required to have Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOFEL) or the test administered by the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with the minimum required score below for different levels of study

NOTE: If you do not have above English language qualifications, you can sit for UCSI English placement test when you arrive in Malaysia. If you pass the placement test, you would have met the minimum English requirement and start your study at UCSI University Malaysia. However, if you have NOT passed the UCSI placement test, you will be required to do a compulsory English course at  UCSI University.

Accommodation at UCSI University : 

There are two options for UCSI University accommodations:

• On-campus Accommodation – (Residential Halls)
• Off-campus Accommodation – (Angkasa Condo)

The on-campus residential halls are on the campus while the off-campus accommodations are located within walking distance to the University. These premises have easy access to many amenities such as public transportations, banks, the post office, restaurants, supermarkets, the money changer and others.

On-campus Accommodation – (Residential Halls)

The University offers a comprehensive on-campus accommodation service for students wishing to live on-campus. Currently, we have the: Residential Hall, Kuala Lumpur Campus – South Wing Residential Hall, Kuala Lumpur Campus – North Wing Residential Halls provide twin-sharing air-conditioned rooms. The Hall is segregated into male and female quarters and is equipped with a common visiting area for family and friends. The Residential Halls provide the following services: Air condition  A launderette An in-house cafeteria Board Games such as chess, carom, checkers 24 hours wireless Internet service Individual room cleaning Shower rooms with hot water A TV lounge for each floor Surau (Prayer Rooms) 24-hour security Room Items: Bed with mattress and pillow 1 set of bed sheets and pillow covers Study table and chair Wardrobe Pantry Items: Hot water dispenser Microwave oven Refrigerator Built-in kitchen cabinets they also offer limited units of three-bedded sharing room for students. But these are only available at the Residential Hall of the North Wing Campus. Rental Per semester :  2500 Malaysian Ringit Deposit : 1000 Malaysian Ringit

Off-campus Accommodation – (Angkasa Condo)

Angkasa Condo is one of the popular and convenient off-campus accommodations for UCSI University students. It offers both sharing and single room with the choice of with or without air-condition. There is a 24-hour security service to ensure the safety of students and to safeguard the premises. Room Items: Bed with mattress and pillow Study table and chair Wardrobe Fan/Air-Condition Unit Items: Refrigerator Microwave Washing Machine Dining Table Sofa Rental in this bulding is about 1500 to 1800 for 3 bedroom apartment

How to Book your accommodation in UCSI University ?

• Step 1: get your acceptance
• Step 2: get your visa
• Step 3: inform us by email then we will send you accommodation application form
• Step 4: fill up the accommodation application form and send it to us with your flight ticket and Deposit fee
• Step 5: we will follow up the process and book your selected accommodation

Note: we only book accommodation for students those who got acceptance and student visa under our group.

NOTE: Tuition fees in the following tables are for 1 year including registration fees, application fees, student visa, Medical Insurance and EMGS fees.

as we are an official representative of UCSI University, all our services such as Consultation, admission and getting offer letter, Visa application and final registration, booking your room for all students are FREE of charge and we do not charge students any money.
