Admission process

Admission process for all Universities in Malaysia and also English Language Institutes are as follow:

Application procedures for Master and PHD programs in malaysian Universities
Steps Details
Steps 1: get information Updated information about study in Malaysia which are required for international students those who are going to study in Malaysia have been placed on our website, please first read all the information in our site.

 Step 4: Evaluation of your documents by us After we receive your documents, we will evaluate them within 24 hours if there is anything wrong or incomplete then will inform you by email.
Step 5: To make your profile and sending your documents If your documents are complete, your profile will be automatically made and we give you your profile number which indicates what you have applied for. So from that moment till the end, you have to mention your profile number if you want to know about natural process and so on. Don’t forget that it’s impossible to verify emails without the profile number due to the multi requests.
Step 6: Communication with supervisor This stage is only for PhD or Research-based MSc students who need proposal to present to the supervisor. This job is basically on your own unless you are not able or having some difficulties to communicate with them. So in this case we begin to discourse personally or verbally on your behalf till your proposal will be approved by an experienced professor in your field of study.
Step 7: Banking affairs we proceed with the payment of your application fee, after payment we will send you the official receipt of your application .for more information about application fee click here 
 Step 8: To register your profile in universitie’s IPS  Your file will be sent to IPS department. This department has the responsibility of international student’s affairs either before or after their studies in Malaysia. So your profile will be sent to your selected faculty after an overall evaluation by IPS.
Step 9: The main evaluating process in faculty Right after your profile is received form IPS, an investigation committee will be set up to evaluate all your documents included transcription, academic certifications, working experience, English language qualification and etc. The result is precisely sent back to IPS for further steps.
Step 10: Sending the result to IPS If only there wasn’t anything wrong or incomplete, your profile will be approved by respective faculty and sent back to IPS in order to issue offer letter to you. Otherwise, you will receive a letter of rejection which shows there have been some problems with your documents or requirements.
Step 11: received Offer letter or Rejection Letter If your file accepted at Step 10, the IPS will issue your offer letter and send it to us, then we can email you the offer letter, if your file is rejected by faculty the IPS will issue the rejection letter again we will send you the rejection letter.
Step 12: apply for Visa approval letter (VAL) after you receive your offer letter, you have to apply for VDR or VAL ( Visa Approval Letter ). For more information about VAL and how to apply for VAL click here.

Step 5:create your file at Institute and start your application we will send your file to institute finally by evaluating by institute if your documents are complete they will issue your offer letter then we will send you the offer letter by email
